Consulting

Our consulting expertise covers three main areas:

1. designing and delivering a new Performance Management environment,
2. upgrading your systems, from say Cognos Series 7 to Cognos 8, or from Cognos Planning to TM1,

Training

From an education and training perspective we offer both scheduled training for both Cognos and Wherescape products and custom eduction or coaching at your premises wiht your data at your time:

We utilise an approach called the Datawarehouse Lifecycle (DWLC) model to deliver our projects.  This is based on the cycle of design, prototype, deploy, operate and enhance.  This methodology allows us to rapidly assess your needs, create a design and build a prototype and show it to you before we then deploy it.

Thus we are able to short circuit the process to actually get what you need, rather than going through and exhaustive specification process that, given the nature of Corporate Performance Management solutions, will invaribly end up significantly different from the original concept anyway.
