History

InfoCube was established in 2002 by John Vaughan.  Over the last four years, the business has primarily provided sub contracted Consulting services through either the Cognos Consulting team or through other partners of Cognos.

In 2006 Mark Maddock joined John as a Partner of InfoCube and we have focussed our operations on applying Cognos Technology for Accounting and Finance Solutions. 

Expertise

Infocube is led by two qualified accountants who each have over 20 years business experience.  Our

Consultants  been working either directly with Cognos as part of the Cognos consulting team or with partners for a number of years, either as employed or sub contracted consultants.  From qualified accountants to experienced database designers, we can assist you with every element of a Performance Management project.

John Vaughan

John is a highly experienced Consultant. John has experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, distribution and financial service industries.  As a CPA with an MBA, plus 20+ years of commercial experience and 10 years working with the Cognos products, he is able to advise and work with you on any Business Intelligence or Performance Management project.

Mark Maddock

Mark has been in the consulting industry for 8 years, both at Cognos, Deloitte and a private consulting firm servicing banking and financial services.  He has had senior financial management roles in listed  manufacturing and steel companies and has been a 50% partner in a small manufacturing business.  Mark has a B Compt (Hons) from the University of South Africa and is a Chartered Accountant (and he now goes for the Wallabies!).
